The combination of size, technology, design, and sheer quality will create a television that's in a league of its own. Based off the original BeoVision 4, the new television has features stacked upon features. My favorite component is the Automatic Picture Control sensor, which "continuously measures the ambient light in the room and adjusts the light output from the screen accordingly, which ensures you get the best viewing experience whether day or night, or whether your walls are white or wallpapered." Add in the motorized stand and infamous sound and you're suddenly outpacing movies theaters by leaps and bounds. If you're willing to pay $85,000 for a 3D television, you might as well buy designer 3D glasses to match.

By most standards, Samsung's BD-C7500 Blu-ray Player, found on Uncrate, is finally thin enough. At 1.1 inches, the worlds slimmest Blu-ray player comes with a wood inspired design, making you think of Planet Earth when you pop in the House Bunny, but it's okay, it saves on the premium under-television space. With a price that is yet to be announced, if your television cost less, you can't afford it.
The Transmit Panel, designed by Marc Krusin for Suite NY, is a series of room dividing and screen hanging glass elements. The strips of gray glass are tempered and hung to the ceiling via two steel wires, perfect for creating pseudo rooms in large lofts or adding some unique character. Lalique is over 100 years old and makes decorative vases, perfume bottles, jewelery and a range of other crystal creations. Designs range the spectrum from classic to modern but they all have a unique flavor that makes them stand out. René Lalique, the founder of the company, freelanced for Cartier and Boucheron before he created his own brand. It was said, "his work frankly bears the mark of our complicated civilisation, a thirst for elegance, novelty, comfort and luxury."
The first vase is the Limited Edition Turtle Vase from their Black Collection and runs about $2,200, though there are no major companies selling them online, so in-store is probably the best bet. The second vase is the Bacchantes and runs for $4,650 and available at Bloomingdales. For a premium, you can choose from a small selection of tinted glass or go for the full on black (also a part of their Black Collection).
Wall clocks can only go so far with their two hands before new designs seem to mimic old. The Qlocktwo by Biegert and Funk redefines the classic clock by lighting up the time using words, not numbers. The Qlocktwo is available in five different colors as well as stainless steel (and 8 languages). The clock is €885 (approximately $1,300) and sold through its own website, though they also offer an iPhone app for only $.99.

So normally I'm not a fan of Swarovski. If there's ever been a brand that has dilluted their image... I'm not sure what happened first - seeing them in stores like Ross or when Avon put the crystals on their cheap perfume - but either way, they have lost their appeal. Anyway, I am a fan of these lights that sport Swarovski. The light passes through the crystals (8 colors to choose from) and creates a dynamic display. There's also different designs such as wall fixtures and recessed lighting displays that also use the same concept. This is their pendant.
